Ever since I got my Mac mini, I dread going back to using Windows for my work. I however find it quite difficult to relay to someone that only uses Windows how Mac OS X is still head and shoulders above Windows (Vista included). Maybe these two pictures of when I was trying copy a folder of icons from my build server (Vista) to my Laptop (Vista) and Mac mini can put across what words can't seem to!

Honestly, though...it didn't really take that long to copy, did it? I love Windows Vista, but i have extensive Linux experience too. When copying large files from one place to another, UNIX-type OSs do seem superior. If copying files is how you spend your time daily, then by all means, make the decision based on that. I don't, and I happen to greatly prefer the Vista interface so I use Vista. It works great for me.
Well in the end I had to reboot my vista laptop as the time went up to 5 days! After the reboot it took less time to copy. It ia however these little problems that Windows in general has that are not present in OS X...Just my 2t
